As part of ServiceNow's Global Integrated Campaigns team, I produced static and animated banner ads in the awareness, discovery, and consideration stages. In the past, these animated banners were a workload bottleneck, handled by a single motion designer.

I took ownership of animated banner production, learning and training 5 team members and reviewing their work for quality and ship-readiness. This eliminated the bottleneck, distributing the capability across the team and enabling faster, larger-scale campaign creative.
