Cultural Moments is ServiceNow's initiative to celebrate its diverse communities and reinforce its core values.


The series spans 10 moments annually, each designed with a distinct look and feel that authentically represents its community and theme while staying true to ServiceNow's brand.

Each moment leads with a main image shared on the Workvivo to lead the moment. All creative follows the look and feel of this primary image, designed to fit the theme of the moment.

A banner image sits as a promotional piece on ServiceNow's internal website.

An internal banner is created to lead employees to the corresponding employee community group, alongside an external banner on an outdoor billboard, celebrating the moment.

A motion graphic of the main image is animated to open the storytelling video, which features employees sharing their cultural traditions.

An Zoom background is created for employees to celebrate the moment.

A mobile banner is designed with the primary image centered and white space extending outward, allowing it to scale across the full range of mobile screen widths.
