2026 Annual Reports + Proxy Statement
As a public company, ServiceNow produces an Annual Report and Proxy Statement disclosing the previous year's operating and financial performance.
As a pair, they needed to feel cohesive across both documents. I co-designed the cover concept across 6 Annual Report pages and the Proxy Statement's cover and back, prioritizing clean typesetting that complemented the content.

For the annual report, we used the brand's primary dark green gradient as a base, accented by a pattern on the cover, with icons applied inside to match the brand and messaging lines.
On the CEO letter and back cover, we focused on tight typesetting.
The proxy statement used the same dark green gradient and pattern as the annual report to match, with type added as necessary.
